It marks a 17.3% increase from last week's report, while also topping the average sales volume for the prior 12 months. To put it in perspective, close-by Lane County registered 389 home sales in the same period, the most of all surrounding counties. Potential buyers should note that prices went up in Douglas County, with the median for this period rising from $159,950 to $162,000.
